Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, and a splash of oil to make a seasoning rub.
- Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork loin, coating all sides evenly.
- Optional: Refrigerate the rubbed pork loin up to 24 hours to marinate.
- Bring the pork loin to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
- Place the pork loin in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip the pork loin and air fry for an additional 19 to 24 minutes.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 140°F before removing from the air fryer.
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes to allow the temperature to rise to about 145°F.
- Slice the pork loin and spoon any collected juices from the air fryer over the top before serving.
