Instructions
- Pour 4 cups whole milk and ½ cup granulated sugar into the crock pot and stir to combine.
- Add 1.5 cups instant uncooked rice, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract; stir to combine.
- Scatter 2 tablespoons diced butter evenly over the top of the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
