Instructions
- Gently clean 1 lb mushrooms with a damp paper towel and trim the stems.
- Heat 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add 2 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and sauté about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook 7–9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.
- Pour in 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and simmer 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the mushrooms.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
