Instructions

  2. Add 1/4 cup chia seeds and whisk thoroughly to distribute and break up clumps.
  3. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes, then whisk again to redistribute chia seeds.
  4. Optional: blend the mixture with an immersion or countertop blender before chilling for a smoother texture.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  6. Adjust thickness as needed: add more chia seeds for thicker pudding or more milk for a looser consistency, then whisk to combine.
  7. Transfer the pudding to jars or containers.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight until set.
  9. To serve, spoon about one-third of the chilled pudding into a parfait glass or small jar to start layering.
  10. Add a layer of yogurt, fresh sliced fruit, or granola.
  11. Alternate layers of pudding and yogurt/fruit/granola until jars are filled.
