- 2 (10 oz) bags frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables directly to the basket (do not thaw).
- Spray the tops of the vegetables with olive oil spray.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss or shake gently to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Open the basket and shake or stir the vegetables.
- Continue air frying at 400°F for an additional 5–10 minutes, checking every 2–3 minutes toward the end until desired crispness is reached.
- (Optional) Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the vegetables before serving.
