  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Mince the garlic finely and chop the parsley. Squeeze fresh lemon juice.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add 4 tablespoons unsalted butter and melt until it just starts bubbling around the edges.
  5. Add the minced garlic and stir constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant and beginning to turn golden.
  6. Add shrimp in a single layer to the skillet; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  7. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side without crowding the pan.
  8. Flip the shrimp and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp turn bright pink and curl into a loose ‘C’.
  9. Remove skillet from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
